Emotions make your day
Emotions are a natural part of being human and we experience them constantly throughout our lives. These feelings happen to assist us in experiencing life in a positive way. They are our responses to the world around us and they are created by the combination of our thoughts,feelings and actions. It is most important for each of us to learn that we create how we feel ourselves.
Emotions are important and must be kept moving through the mind for wellness to be maintained. They only become a problem when they are not acted upon or held onto longer than necessary. They are kind of like your best friend,giving you real time suggestions at all times. They are an integral part of our shared human experience,together with body,mind and spirit. These sensations are always in our mind and can affect our physical condition. You feel them because of what you see,hear,remember and do.These reactions are viewed as modes of perception and therefore as giving us access to certain sorts of knowledge. What they give us is knowledge of the value of things,facts or situations in terms of formal objects. Some feelings and sensations are interpreted as negative,while others are interpreted as positive. Our concepts of good or bad are derived from these interpretations. Some sensations are simply hard to deal with for practically anyone.

This passion is largely,but not entirely,controlled by our beliefs. Beliefs are really attributions,which arise from our memories and reactions to events. They are both a cause and escalator of conflict and positive feelings among people and are often a key component of resolution. These are a very complex phenomena,everyone knows what they are,but no one can define them satisfactorily. Psychologists find it impossible to agree on a clear definition of them. These sensations are our most reliable indicators of how things are going in our lives. They are also like an internal gyroscope,these feelings help us to stay on the right track by making sure that we are led by more than cognition. They are not simply a matter of either pure impulse or decision. Some of our emotional thinking goes on unconsciously,influencing how we feel about people or leading us to make certain choices.
Emotions are perhaps signals from the subconscious that tell us a lot about what we really choose.Some have a very negative effect on our health,our society and on our family life,therefore these are considered destructive. If you are having any problems dealing with these sensations feelings,it’s ok to seek the help of a professional or anyone else you feel can help.Asking for help is not a weakness.
