Achieving happiness is a choice and there are things you can do to make it happen. Have you ever worn a smile all day and see what happens too people around you? It’s contagious! There are those glum folks out there that no matter what they are miserable in their lives. Smiling is a physical action that is the opposite of a frown. It takes 53 muscles to make a frown,that’s a lot of work there. It only takes eight muscles to smile. Less work and you get better results too. Smiling is good for you! :)
Happiness is the cornerstone of all that you are. It is hard work and feeling Grateful for what you have. Have you ever walked up to anyone and said are you having fun yet? Most times you will get a sarcastic answer. There are people out there that no matter what,they always seem to be having a good. It is one of the key things that keep a person healthy and beautiful.Being joyful is the art of programming the mind to enjoy,to look at the world in wonder,to see beauty around you. It is doing what is right. It is contagious and people in your presence will automatically feel similar to you. It is an opportunity to laugh and live!
Your well being can be like a recipe and everyone has one. It is obviously not an illusion,because we all have felt it,not once but many times. It is electrical activity in the left front part of the brain and it comes from getting friends,being successful. It comes from seeing your children grow up and become successful. It’s from watching your favorite team play in the play offs and win! It has endless possibilities. It is always around if you let it. Sometimes it’s covered by thoughts,desires and fears.Health and prosperity are related and can affect each other. Good feelings can come from simple pleasures. Find and explore ways that make you feel better about your self and just go with it! Life is too short to be unhappy. Life Is! :)
