Thoughts!
Thoughts are mental behaviors typically taking the form of unspoken conversations,running commentaries,visual images or sounds. They are continuous and constant always occurring in one form or another throughout our lives. In an average day it is estimated that we have around 60,000 of them. They are an activity of your mind. You have the right and the responsibility to choose what you think. Your thinking is a living,vibrating mass of energy packets that are every bit as real and alive as you and me. They are an important part of life and mindfulness practice is not supposed to be a struggle against them. As we all know,any kind of action,first must start with a Idea. The five basic human senses are hearing, sight,smell,touch and taste. Your thinking is deeply affected by these and interacts with your brain,producing the outcome.
Happy Ideas are like seeds you plant. They start to grow and through the law of affinity,they start to resonate with all other positive Ideas around the world. Happy feelings are quite rare in a sparse and desolate environment. Yes,your environment does affect how you feel. Some are often negative and painful. It can be from fearing something in the future,complaining about something in the present or fearing a matter from the past. However,these Ideas are not you,although your ego wants you to think that it is. Your mental view is a structure of the ego and what holds it in place. Without them,the ego would not exist. Keeping positive views over the negative ones can sometimes become a challenge. We often think and remember the negative more than we do the positive. Your thinking in general is talked about as verbal. You rarely think of emotions and feelings as thoughts. But emotions and feelings are your belief if you think about that emotion and feeling. Belief is a mental phenomena,states of mind and are extremely powerful. Nothing exists in this world that was not a dreamed of before it became a reality.
Happy beliefs are kept in one area of your brain and sad ones in another. Happy beliefs are a product of a balanced,happy mind.It affects your general attitude.Affirmations you say to yourself can really change things for you in many positive ways. All you have to do is put your mind to it. :)
